Pourfection101: An Introduction to Epoxy Art

Ready to begin your epoxy resin journey? This beginner-friendly class will teach you the fundamentals of working with epoxy resin, giving you the knowledge and confidence to create beautiful, professional-looking projects.

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn about the different types of epoxy resin and when each type is best used. We will cover proper measuring and mixing techniques, curing times, and common mistakes to avoid. Safety is a top priority, so you'll also learn essential epoxy safety practices, handling procedures, and cleanup methods.

To bring your creations to life, we will explore how to incorporate different silicon molds with colorants, glitter, dried flowers, coins, and other decorative additives. Each student will create a small epoxy piece to take home after cured (24 to 48 hours). All required supplies Included.

Light snacks and refreshments provided. BYOB.

Located in Lisburn (Mechanicsburg) Pennsylvania, Woodrunner Log Works shop builds both custom pieces and original pieces of furniture from Dining Tables, Entry/ Sofa Tables, Coffee Tables & Bar Tops to Charcuterie Boards and Coasters! Most all of these pieces use epoxy in one way or another!
