The November Full Moon is sometimes referred to as the "Mourning Moon", the last moon before the winter solstice. The Mourning Moon is the perfect time to let go of old, unnecessary things, while giving yourself permission to mourn their passing. We'll use meditation, breathwork, and gentle yoga to help us self-reflect and release what no longer serves in order to make space for a lighter, happier you as the year comes to a close.
