If you are ready to approach more challenging postures in your yoga practice but are not sure where to begin this workshop is for you! Cindy will lead us in an exploration of some common “goal poses” such as crow pose, mermaid, headstand, and more! Expand your understanding of your own practice as we break down challenging yoga poses, learn necessary techniques and preparatory movements to move towards your goal poses, and receive personalized feedback on your alignment in this workshop-style event. We will check our egos, maintain a playful attitude, and preserve the spirit and energy of each pose. This workshop is appropriate for intermediate to advanced levels of practitioner and teachers.
Snacks and a special electrolyte drink provided!
