Outdoor Sound Bath Meditation (Donation-based)

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at a local La Mesa park. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments as you unwind, destress, cleanse and ground your energy. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy day and focus on your well-being. Don't miss out on this chance to find peace and tranquility right in nature. We can't wait to see you there!

This event is donation based, any amount is appreciated. Your donation makes it possible for us to continue providing these healing opportunities for the community.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time.

What to bring to the event:

• Water bottle
• Pillow for under head/neck
• Pillow for under knees if needed
• Blanket!!
• Wear comfortable clothing- Jacket if cold outside!!
• Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.
