Join us for a compassionate, hands-on workshop to create your advance directive and learn the medical and legal options that protect your wishes. In this practical session you’ll learn how to make informed health-care choices, appoint the right person to speak for you, and give your loved ones the clarity they’ll need when it matters most.

Too many families scramble in crisis because wishes were never documented and a healthcare agent wasn't assigned. This workshop gives you simple, actionable steps to protect your voice — whether you’re young and healthy or navigating illness. You’ll leave with a clear plan, tools to share with your family and clinicians, and confidence that your values will be respected and guide your care.

• A plain-language walk-through of an advance directive template you can begin that day
• Step-by-step coaching from Nicole Soares (EcoLove Transitions) — end-of-life educator & death doula

• A Compassion and Choices free workbook, resource list, and next-step guidance (POLST, palliative care, eco-friendly after-death options)
