Join a free, drop-in Saturday morning Tai Chi class at Hunters Woods Plaza, led by RCC fitness instructor Qijing Yue. This standing practice builds basic skills while improving balance, flexibility and strength and supporting mind-body integration. (No class: July 4th)In case of inclement weather, class will be held inside RCC Hunters Woods.
