About this Event
Libra is an air sign built around balance, and a new moon here is less about picking a big goal and more about noticing where things have quietly gone out of balance, without judging yourself for it. It's a soft kind of beginning, more about awareness than a five-year plan.
A sound bath is a fully immersive listening experience, using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to guide your mind and body into deep rest. You don't need any experience with meditation or sound healing to benefit. This session moves slowly and gently, 75 minutes of resonant sound with nothing to accomplish and nowhere else to be.
Moon Series: This is part of our ongoing Moon Series at Alexandria II in Pasadena, an opportunity for the community to pause and reset together. Each gathering stands alone, no need to have attended the previous ones to join us. All are welcome.
Optional Tea Afterwards: You're invited to stay for optional tea after the sound bath. It's a quiet, unhurried moment to come back slowly, sip, and connect if you want to. Feel free to head out right after if you prefer.
What to Bring: Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks are provided. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer something familiar. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
A Gentle Request: To help create a peaceful experience for everyone, please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin. We'll start promptly at 6:00 PM.
