New Moon Gong Bath with optional Ceremonial Cacao

Having your body bathed in the vibration from the gong and other instruments may help you regulate your nervous system, where you may receive deep relaxation. It can give your mind a rest, whilst stimulating creative solutions and your intuition. The ceremonial cacao can create a deeper state, where your mood may receive a lift too. There’s space to reflect and journal at the end, or to rest.
