Deepen your practice & tap into your flow state during this two hour workshop that combines various styles of traditional Yoga movement postures.
Learn new breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system in times of challenge or stress. Play with your balance thus enhancing your focus & clarity. Rest deeply, allowing your body to recover on a cellular level.
Chantal will gently guide you to shake out any held tension or stress in the body, encouraging you to explore cathartic techniques. The class will challenge you to let go of your conditioning by use of sound release & help you cultivate a sense of empowerment throughout your whole body & mind.Anyone currently practicing yoga is welcome, come with an open mind & playful attitude! Chantal hopes you will feel more energised & uplifted to step back, lighter, into your life after this workshop.
