Yin is a modern take on yoga combining gentle and supported holds of specific poses with the purpose of stimulating fascia to activate the meridians in the body.

Bring your own mat, a pillow and/or blanket

Paola discovered yoga in Santa Monica, CA in 1999 she is certified in Yin Yoga, Meditation, Anatomy, Meridian studies, Hatha and Hot Yoga and she also practices and teaches currently using live sound, with Gong, crystal bowls, rain stick, kalimba, etc.
