About this Event

Changes Ahead Coffee and Chat

Join us for a morning of Coffee and Chat with other unpaid carers who understand the unique challenges of caring for someone with a mental health condition. This event is hosted by the Changes Ahead Team from The Carers Centre.

Over a warm cup of coffee, this event is a chance for you to have a chat, share experiences and build connections in a supportive and welcoming space.

This event takes place monthly and alternates between the Second Monday OR Second Friday of the month, so please do check in advance.
