This session offers a calm, sensory-led space to pause, reset, and reconnect. Aligned with the renewing energy of the Aries New Moon, this is a moment to begin again, to gently clear space, reconnect with yourself, and step forward with clarity and intention.

The focus is on resetting the nervous system, restoring balance, and creating space for new beginnings, held within a grounded and supportive environment.

The evening begins with a guided meditation to settle the body and mind, followed by a floating sound journey designed to support deep relaxation and full-body release.

You’ll be offered ceremonial cacao from Guatemala (with herbal tea options available), before being immersed in a carefully curated soundscape of crystal bowls, voice, flute and subtle harmonic instruments.

This is a space to unwind, restore clarity, and reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling both grounded and gently energised for what’s ahead.
