The WAISTED Workshop (Afternoon Session)

What does it mean to be body positive, to love yourself and to be confident? What are waist beads? Where do they come from and what do they mean?

The Cultured Waist workshop teaches how you can define self-love, confidence and body positivity for yourself, the history and previous uses of waist beads, and the healing abilities behind colours, equipping you with enough knowledge to create your own waist bead which represents your unique personality and style

We aim to create a safe space for women and girls to be vulnerable about their insecurities and empower each other. Each participant is given a waist bead tool kit and paper for notes.
