What better way for a restoration of self and mid-week check in than with an incredible Gong Bath at one of Londons most luxurious locations? We welcome sound healing duo Urmi to The Mandrake.

This sound journey will be complimented by tones from the crystal bowls and ripples from the gong, inspiring a natural calibration of the energy centers of the body, allowing the vibrations to relax the body and soothe the mind as we journey inward to clear blockages making space for whatever is needed in that moment.

The aim is to expand consciousness to a higher level (Altered State of Consciousness), to facilitate release, energetic shifts and inhibition of certain chemicals in the body such as stress hormone and Cortisol, promoting healing, regeneration, and reconnection with the pure self.

As a co-creation built on Joseph’s love for Eastern Philosophies and Practices and Dan’s background as a DJ, Urmi Sound is an exploration of the integral relationship of sound, in its many forms, and the healing process. With their studies taking them from Indonesia to Guatemala and Peru, Urmi Sound are sharing the medicine of Sound through ceremony.

Dan and Joseph take a relaxed and inclusive approach to sharing the wisdom and practices of these ancient traditions with their community back home in London, and beyond, where they base themselves as a couple. Their warm and grounded energy creates a space that supports deep restoration and release, as well as a sense of clarity and upliftment.
