Rage Room Release (10:00 AM-10:30 AM )
Let off some steam and break free from the everyday stresses! Join us for an adrenaline-pumping Rage Room session where you can smash, shatter, and release all your pent-up emotions in a controlled environment. It's the perfect opportunity to laugh, let loose, and let go of the "garbage".

Yoga Serenity (10:30 AM-11:30 AM)
After the cathartic release, transition into a state of tranquility with a rejuvenating yoga session. Led by experienced instructors, this gentle yoga class is designed to bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
