Having studied music from ages 12-21, Giselle blends her knowledge of percussive instruments with her experience in guided meditation to create a soothing, atmospheric and dreamy soundscape which gently invites you to experience your inner world at new depths. Her sound healing technique is unique in that she utilizes a variety of instruments, including her own voice, which is greatly conducive for increasing focus in beginners and those with trouble concentrating, although this sound healing session is beneficial for all levels. Bring your whole self and feel rejuvenated in the radiance of mindful self love and acceptance.
