This month we have a brutal, but rewarding cardio conditioning session for you. Not only that, but we have Hannah, our yoga instructor, returning to help you all wind down after we put you through your paces. Here's a run down of the day.
1pm-1.45pm - Conditioning Work Out
Includes;
Team Buy In, 18 minute Intense condition Segment, Team Buy Out, Solo Segment. This will be tough. Grab a team mate, or if you're rocking up solo, bo problem! We'll find a partner for you, or maybe Seon or Jamie will jump in with you!
1.50pm-2.05pm - Yoga Flow with Hannah. Time to breathe and relax!
2.30pm - closing time
