Pilates x Healthy Hair Masterclass: SYLKI x Lorena Castro x Hiraya Pilates

Join us for a Sunday morning designed to make you feel good, inside and out.

SYLKI and hair stylist Lorena Castro are hosting an intimate Pilates and Healthy Hair Masterclass at Hiraya Studio, bringing together movement, education, and a little self-care — all in one afternoon.

Here’s how the afternoon looks:

🧘 12:30pm — Doors open. Collect your welcome goodies, select your complimentary SYLKI hair accessory (maxi silk scrunchie or their brand new acetate claw clip) and meet the group.

🧘 1:00pm — Pilates class begins at Hiraya Studio.

🎀 1:45pm — Healthy Hair Masterclass with SYLKI and Lorena Castro.

✨ 2:45pm — Wrap-up, mingle, and grab a light refreshment.

What the healthy hair masterclass will cover:

Lorena (professionla hair colourist) and Ellie (SYLKI, founder) will share their own journeys of growing their hair back after postpartum hair loss — and give you the practical, no-fluff knowledge to look after yours.

✨ When to see your GP and what to test for

✨ Summer hair stressors (UV, chlorine, heat, sweat) and how to protect against them

✨A live styling demo using SYLKI’s scarves, headbands, silk scrunchies and hair claws

✨Hands-on practice — try the styles yourself with guidance from Lorena

You’ll leave with a protective summer style, the confidence to look after your hair properly, and everything you need in a take-home handout so you don’t have to take a single note.
