About this Event
Once a month, we gather, a small circle of women.
One ayah. One hour of guided reflection and teaching.
Followed by a deeply restorative soundbath.
The Sakina Sound Circle is a monthly evening hosted by House of Sakina - a space for Muslim women to slow down, reconnect, and be held. Each session is built around a single verse from the Quran. At the start of the session an ayah will be shared and we will spend an hour unpacking it together — sitting with its meaning, discussing as a group (no pressure to share if you're not comfortable) and letting it land somewhere real.
No prior knowledge needed, just a willingness to show up and be present.
What to Expect
- Warm welcome with likeminded women
- One hour of guided teaching and group reflection - unpacking a single ayah together
- A full one hour soundbath to close - deeply relaxing and restorative
Details
- Duration: approximately 2 hours
- Spaces are limited - kept intentionally intimate
- Location: House of Moon

Masuma is the founder of Sound of My Being. Her work with sound grew from a long-standing interest in wellbeing, alongside over 15 years of supporting people through change, challenge and personal growth.
She first came to sound baths seeking rest and discovered how sound could create space for reflection and spiritual connection. Over time, this experience became personally meaningful and led her to train in sound healing and begin holding sessions for others.
Her work is guided by a sense of faith and spiritual purpose, creating calm and supportive spaces where people can pause, listen inwardly and reconnect with themselves.
