Mum & Baby Yoga with Dionne Wells
A nurturing space for mamas and babies to move, rest and connect. Each session will be slow and relaxed focused on supporting your body's natural recovery after pregnancy and birth. Beginners absolutely welcome.
Suitable for babies until crawling and Mamas from 6-weeks postpartum (10 weeks post C-section) or whenever you are feeling ready.
Each session includes a 45-minute practice followed by time to chat and connect with other mamas.
Feeds, naps and cuddles all welcome!
