Sundays 26th April, 31st May, 28th June, 26th July 12-1.30pm | £15 for one class or £50 for all four
A playful and dynamic practice, moving 360 degrees around the yoga mat, flowing through poses to the rhythm of the breath. Sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body corresponding to the element, and related chakra. The class will begin and close with yin postures to compliment the subtle and physical body. A creative Vinyasa practice to satisfy and challenge the body and mind.
26th April - Water
Water Mandala Yoga is a fluid, 360-degree Vinyasa practice that circles the mat to embody the water element, focusing on hip opening, deep stretches of the inner thighs (adductors), and undulating spinal movements. Focusing on the Sacral Chakra or Svadhisthana It promotes emotional release, creativity, and surrender by using, swirling, and intuitive transitions rather than linear, static holds.
31st May - Air
Air Mandala Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led vinyasa flow that moves 360 degrees around the mat, specifically focusing on the air element, heart chakra (Anahata), and backbending. It emphasizes light, buoyant movements and expansive, heart-opening postures to create space, lightness, and emotional release.
28th June- Fire
Fire Mandala Yoga is a dynamic, 360-degree vinyasa flow designed to build intense heat, targeting the core, glutes, and IT bands through deep twists and standing poses. It aligns with the Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra, cultivating willpower, transformation, and energy. The practice moves in a circle around the mat, fostering a meditative, transformative experience.
26th July- Earth
Earth Mandala Yoga is a 360-degree, circular vinyasa flow designed to ground the body and mind by focusing on the Earth element, which represents stability, security, and the root chakra (Muladhara) It involves moving around the mat in circular, floor-connected sequences targeting the legs, hamstrings, and hips.
