What if one conversation could change a woman's life?
Every day, women silently battle anxiety, trauma, depression, loneliness, grief, domestic abuse, addiction, the loss of their children, or simply the pressure of holding everyone else together while falling apart themselves.
Diamond in the Rough was created to change that.
This is a women's mental health support group built on kindness, empowerment, friendship, and hope. There is no judgment, no labels, and no expectation to be "okay." Just a safe space where women can talk, laugh, cry, heal, and remind each other that even the roughest stones can become diamonds.
