Movement & Mindfulness Wed Trail Series (Pt 5)

We’re hitting the trails! Join Wild Women Tribe Wed mornings starting Sept 25 for 2.5 hours of movement and mindfulness that showcases some of our favorite local fitness coaches on some of Park City’s favorite trails. In this final installment of the series we introduce the sonic experience of a soundbath in the outdoors infusing mindfulness into our hike practice.

We’ll explore a new and different trail with a different movement facilitator who is as passionate as we are about the outdoors. We’ll mix hiking with mindful moments and movement – yoga functional movement breath HIIT – and create authentic connections in Mother Nature. Move your body. Connect with your spirit. Ground into nature. This final Oct 23 date is the last of the hiking series for the fall time -- so make sure you join us!

Then post-hike pull up a folding chair and break out your snacks for a “trailgate” where we connect at the trailhead over bevvies and munchies. Let’s break up the midweek together in a bite size activity that gets our heart rate up and makes connections easy in the outdoors! **Well-behaved dogs welcome

ABOUT OUR OCT 23 FACILITATOR :: RANDI JO GREENBERG

Randi Jo has been a full time certified yoga teacher since 1999 and has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for adults kids and families in Park City Utah since 2004. Most of her time is spent teaching teachers and students in the Park City School District thanks to grants from the Park City Education Foundation private donors and parents. Randi Jo loves to teach gentle yoga infused with mindfulness meditation to experience practitioners and newbies alike.
