Movement & Manifestation: Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath, & Vision Boards

Movement & Manifestation is a guided experience led by Monet, mindset coach and founder of 224 Wellness. This intentional evening is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and gain clarity for the year ahead.

We’ll begin with Yoga Nidra led by YogaSix Bentonville Lead Teacher, Megan, offering deep rest and regulation to calm the nervous system and create space for focus and intention. From there, Monet will guide you through a sound bath and future-self visualization, followed by a science-backed approach to vision boards that actually work.

You’ll create a premium vision board designed to support clarity, confidence, and aligned action. All materials are provided, so you can fully drop in and enjoy the experience.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to the version of yourself you are stepping into.
