Mini Yogi & Me Class

We’ll stretch and wiggle through playful yoga poses, learn simple breathing tricks to help us feel calm, and enjoy a magical mindfulness moment. Designed for children ages 5 and up, it’s the perfect way to slow down, move together, and create sweet memories on and off the mat. $25 investment for one adult and one child, with each additional child just $5.

After class, Dr. Michael Henderson, MD, will be onsite to briefly share about Trails to Health and how holistic, root-cause care supports long-term wellness for the whole family.
