BEYOND SIGHT: A Sensory Journey with Kandice Winfield Step into a softly lit space where sight is set aside and the other senses come alive. This 1 hour 45 minute workshop invites you to move, sip, and listen your way into renewal.40-Minute Yin-Inspired Flow Guided by voice and breath, you’ll move slowly and intuitively through longer-held postures. Sight softens (or blindfolds may be used) so hearing, touch, and inner awareness guide the practice.
30-Minute Tea Ceremony A table of organic loose-leaf teas, herbs, and flowers will be set before you — an array of textures, aromas, and colors. Each tea will be labeled with its significance and qualities. You’ll be invited to blend your own personal tea recipe, filling your own sachet by feel, smell, and intuition. As the tea steeps, you’ll sip mindfully, awakening taste, smell, and touch, while reflecting on what you are ready to release and renew.
30-Minute Sound Bath & Guided Meditation The evening concludes with a full-body sound immersion. Crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes weave through a guided meditation that ignites hearing, touch, and inner vision. The sound carries you into a state of deep rest, balance, and cleansing. Gentle incense or aromatherapy will be present throughout, weaving smell into the atmosphere.
