Move in Nature amongst the Bluebells

A 'Move in Nature' is an experience like no other. Using silent disco headset technology you will experience a unique intimate event where you can connect to yourself and nature, through sound, mindfulness, movement and aspects of forest bathing. Each session connects to the season of the year and the environment around you.

Come prepared for the weather and a route that will take us on well trodden paths and in the undergrowth, stepping over branches etc. This route is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

The session is for adults and accompanied children over 12. No dogs allowed.

Meet us by the barrier in the free car park at Forest Fawr in plenty of time to get your headset set up and be ready to set off at 6.15 pm. There are no toilet facilities at this venue.

In the event of severe weather the event will be cancelled......but we are happy to walk in the rain. You will be e-mailed if the event is cancelled.

Whilst all care is taken to risk assess every route and highlight the risks along the way, by booking your space you are agreeing to participate at your own risk.
