Mount trashmore “End of summer” Hike & Potluck cookout

Hii friends, Join us August 22nd for a Great hike around Lake Trashmore & then fill those bellies.
The hike starts at 11am(we will meet at the flag pole)(will wait til 11:10 to wait for anyone running behind)
We will hike 1-3 loops(2-4 miles) 🏃🏼
@ a pace of 19/20 min
There is 3 parking lots, so park as close as you can to the stage side(side closer to Independence blvd)
This is a potluck style cookout so if you are planning on attending, we encourage you to bring a dish, dessert, drinks, or supplies!!🍔🌭
If you bring something, please keep it in your car until the hike is over!!
We will also have music so get ready to get groovy!! 🕺🏼💃🏼
A group chat will also be created so those coming and/or interested in bringing something-we will have a great way to stay communicated!!!
The event is scheduled to end at 4(but, you are more than welcome to leave whenever you’d like)
