There’s something magical about a full moon rising over the Atlantic Ocean. Join East Coast Hikers for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the Harvest Moon with a relaxing walk on the sand, beautiful ocean views, and great company. We’ll watch the sky transform from sunset to moonrise before ending the night with drinks and conversation.

🌕 The Walk
We’ll be walking on the sand from Beach Garden Park to the Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront and back. Along the way, we’ll enjoy the sunset before watching the Harvest Moon rise over the Atlantic Ocean at approximately 6:45 PM—one of the most beautiful sights of the year.
🍹 After the Walk
After the walk, anyone who would like to continue the evening is welcome to join us for drinks and conversation at a nearby local spot. It’s a great opportunity to relax, make new friends, and end the night with fellow hikers.
