Mould your chatbot to suit you

This course would suit people who use AI regularly and want more consistent, personalised support for thinking, planning and making choices. It is also suitable for those who want their chatbot to work in a way that reflects their own tone, style, pace, vocabulary and decision-making preferences, rather than being led by default behaviour.

Experience using AI chatbots is helpful, so you already know when the common style of default outputs is not always clear or easy to work with.

You will get started with working across various native settings to enable detailed personalisation. The course will also cover how to create formatting and style guides that can be evolved over time, helping you shape AI outputs so they are more consistent, useful and aligned with your preferred ways of working.

The course will run on Friday 23 October 2026 at Stowmarket Innovation Gateway, Gateway 14, Stowmarket.
