AI for Everyday Life Workshop

AI tools are already changing how people write, plan, research, and solve problems. You don't need to be technical to use them well. This workshop is a friendly, practical introduction to what AI can actually do for you in everyday life: helping you draft a letter, brainstorm ideas, plan a trip, summarise information, or work through a problem you're stuck on.

You'll get hands-on with real tools in a guided, supportive environment, and spend time understanding how to use them safely and responsibly — what to trust, what to check, and what to keep private. No jargon, no prior knowledge assumed. Just a clear-eyed look at tools that are genuinely useful once you know how to use them.

These courses are open to all who are interested, including:
