CONNECTION to other mothers, before and after giving birth, accompanied by a birth and postpartum doula. This is the intention of the Mother Village: creating a space to nourish a community, finding stability and support in times of change.
PRACTICING every week, with a Postnatal Yoga Präventionskurs, a circle to share experiences, and a Prenatal Yoga Präventionskurs. Movement and breathing are guided by the Pranayoga Method® and inspired by fascia work and Spinning Babies®.
ACCESSIBLE and reimbursed by German health insurance, in person (recorded videos of the practice can be provided).
15:00-16:00: Postnatal Yoga – with or without baby, from 40/60 days after birth
16:00-17:00: Mothers' Circle – mothers from both courses are welcome to join
17:00-18:00: Prenatal Yoga – all levels, from week 14 of pregnancy
