Start your weekend the right way. Join us for a grounding, feel-good yoga session in the open air. Designed to set you up with intention, energy, and a little calm for the days ahead.
We’ll move through meditation, pranayama, and hatha yoga, closing with a long, restful savasana so you leave feeling truly refreshed. 🌞
All levels welcome, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular practitioner, this session is for you.
