About Me and the Classes

I am a qualified, experienced teacher. My approach to yoga is in encouraging you to listen to your body and find the practice that works for you. I structure flows that will gently tone and build strength but more importantly will guide you to work with your own body, not somebody else's. We are all different and unique and yoga is about embracing and celebrating that through breathing and moving.

These classes are suitable for beginners and those who have practiced previously.

Class Cost

I am offering a number of discounted places for those in the local community and for those who want to practice but ordinarily can't afford to. Please select the ticket price that best suits your financial situation.

What to Bring

You are welcome to bring your own mat, but mats and blocks will be available at the venue. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and some water. There are kitchen facilities available at the venue and the space is fully accessible. Please do let me know in adavance of any access needs and I will do my best to accomodate those.
