This class will be accessible for all, weaving together elements of sun salutations with seated and standing posters through breath. Why not come along & tune into yourself for an hour - leave re-energised and ready for what the rest of the day may hold for you.

Accessible for all - please let us know in advance if you have never practiced yoga before and / or if you have any injuries or health conditions I need to be aware of.

Alison has practiced yoga for over 25 years and completed her yoga teacher training in 2017. She teaches a gentle but strong style of vinyasa yoga, suitable for all abilities.

The £5 charge on this event is a deposit that will be refunded if you attend. The reason behind this is to eradicate ‘no shows’ as there is a great deal of time, effort and prepping applied to making sure these events and workshops are of high value.
