WHAT TO EXPECT
A 45-minute class to unwind after work or play with a mixture of yoga and meditation. A relaxing yet uplifting class, with plenty of chances to challenge yourself in a fun and judgment-free space.
All levels are welcome.
Mats provided.
ABOUT BETHANBethan’s love of yoga began several years ago after finding that breath and movement on the mat could help make space and peace in the mind. She is inspired to welcome anyone and everyone to the mat. A trained gymnast and dancer with a passion for well-being, fitness, and strength.
