A session to attune the body & spirit 🤍

Reiki is a form of energy healing to bring alignment to the energetic & physical body. It aids in stress reduction, brings relaxation and promotes healing.

A practioner will move their hands though your body and touch lightly any specific energetic points. This clears & resets any blockages and stagnacies present in your physical and energetic body.

I work through the chakras and energetic points of the body. Having my hands over each area without touch, and additionally some pressure points I can touch and apply more physical pressure as you desire, and as I feel is needed.

You may experience some heat and tingling as reiki is being performed.

Through Reiki you are allowing yourself to open & connect to all and any emotions and to attune & receive connection to high vibrational frequency.

You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded and in aligned energy both physically, mentally & emotionally.

I have facilitated reiki healing for over 3 years now and really vouch for it 💜

The session duration is 1.5 to 1.45h. Price is £60 per session at my studio space or I also do home visits for £75 per session.

Group sessions of up to 3 people at a time can be arranged 🙏🏽 // With a duration of usually 3hrs and a total price of £88 for 2 people / and 3.5hrs and a total price of £140 for 3 people
