What's your type of escapism? Well a few i'd like to share of my own is: Poetry, music, discussions on relevant topics, networking, using meditation and mindfullness, freedom of expression to make sense of things we don't alway get chance to express, feel

This event brings a variety of the above in the essence of 4wdnup. Well-being with Chi Flo, music, talent, networking, socializing a live space for art and sharing services that can bring our communities, 4WDNUP in health and wealth.

A few essentials to mention:

. When the audience is ready the performers will appear (meaning please be quiet)

. Please please, no outside food or drink, there is a bar and light snacks

. Limited seats, more room to stand, so please offer seats to the more vulnerable

. Local train station is Forest Hill

. Free Parking after 6:30 around.

. Filming and pictures may be taken for promotional use.
