Weekday antenatal class. All classes you need in one day: progress of labour, coping methods, breastfeeding and first days with your baby.

We are delighted to inform you we are going back to Face to Face Antenatal classes from November 2022!!
Be aware Face to Face Antenatal class will be longer, 9:30am till 3:30pm, as they include more and longer breaks and interactive activities. Please, now more than ever, do not forget to book a ticket for your partner as well, as spaces are limited.
Bear with us during transition time, we are expecting some teething problems at the beginning, but we cannot wait to see you all!

Dear parents:

You can book here free antenatal classes for women under St. Thomas maternity care, to attend between 32 to 35 weeks gestation. Day antenatal classes include all workshops in one day:

Labour progress and stages.

Coping methods at home and in hospital

Breastfeeding: Baby's needs, colostrum and milk production, position and attachment.

First days with your baby.

Evening classes split in Part 1 (labour and coping methods) and Part 2 (breastfeeding and life with your baby) and they need to be booked separately.

You may bring a birth supporter with you, but please BOOK A TICKET FOR YOUR PARTNER TOO.

Some of our Midwifery Teams (eg. Tower, Chesnut..) provide their own antenatal classes, so, please, check with them before booking here. Also, if you decide to take private classes, there is no need to double book here, and you'll free spaces for those who cannot afford them.
