A monthly space to slow down, reconnect and intentionally pause before stepping into a new month.
In the middle of busy routines and constant movement, this gathering offers an opportunity to check in with yourself, mentally, emotionally and physically.
Each Monthly Pause is built around 4 core elements:
✨ Movement — mindful yoga to help you slow down and reconnect with your body
🌬 Breath — guided expansive breathwork to move stuck energy, quiet mental noise and create space for clarity and emotional release
📝 Reflection — journaling and self-inquiry to process, reset and gain clarity
🤍 Connection — meaningful moments of sharing, community and human connection
Each session is designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, reconnect to the present moment and create space for greater clarity and grounding.
Expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere focused on self-awareness, nervous system support, meaningful connection and intentional rest.

Breathwork is a safe practise, but it can be a powerful and sometimes intense experience.
This practice is not recommended for pregnant individuals or for those with certain medical conditions.
Breathwork should be avoided if you have any of the following: cardiovascular conditions, seizure disorders or epilepsy, recent injury or surgery, severe asthma (participants with mild asthma should bring an inhaler), a history of aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, lung, heart or spinal conditions, severe diabetes or serious mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.

💫 About Your Facilitator – Aga
Aga is a certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, retreat leader and transformational coach passionate about creating spaces that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves and find greater emotional clarity and calm. She has guided students through healing and self-development experiences across Mexico, Colombia, the UK and Spain.
Her sessions blend together yoga, breathwork, reflection, mindfulness and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and deeper connection to self. Alongside group experiences, she also offers 1:1 coaching for busy-minded individuals seeking a life of greater calm, ease, joy and authentic living.
