Ground Into Transformation Outdoor Shamanic Breathwork & Sound Journey
About this Event
🌔 Ground Into Transformation
Outdoor Shamanic Breathwork & Sound Journey
As the Waxing Gibbous Moon (88% illuminated) grows towards its fullest expression, it invites us to pause, deepen and prepare for meaningful transformation.
Join us beneath the majestic ancient oak tree in Grovelands Park for a restorative morning immersed in nature, where breath, sound and vibration come together to support both body and mind.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of guided somatic breathwork, using conscious breathing techniques to release tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence.
You’ll then be immersed in a 60-minute Shamanic Sound Journey, where the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, handpan, shamanic drum, Native American flute and other sacred instruments create a deeply meditative soundscape for relaxation, energetic alignment and inner clarity.
We’ll finish with an optional Q&A and integration circle, offering space to reflect, ask questions or simply enjoy a few quiet moments beneath the ancient oak.
Whether you’re completely new to sound healing or already have an established practice, this outdoor experience offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature and restore balance.
