About the Technical Fellowship Program:
Miami Light Project’s Technical Fellowship Program supports the professional development of early-career theater technicians in South Florida through free training and paid opportunities. Program participants receive:
- Workshops in Lighting, Audio, Video, Stage Management, Light Board, and more
- Access to industry demos and real-world tools
- 40 hours of job training with mentorship and backstage experience
- Paid internship eligibility upon completion of training
- Employment support and industry networking
