About the Technical Fellowship Program:
Miami Light Project’s Technical Fellowship Program supports the growth of early-career theater technicians through a mix of hands-on training and paid experience. The program includes:
- Workshops in Lighting, Audio, Video, Stage Management, Light Board, Finance & Grants, and more
- Entry to professional industry demos and mentorship opportunities
- 40 hours of supervised job training during live events
- Eligibility for paid internships after completing training
- Employment support and access to career pathways in the arts
