About the Technical Fellowship Program:
Miami Light Project’s Technical Fellowship Program is a workforce development initiative that supports early-career theater technicians through training and paid work experience. Participants receive:
- Workshops in Lighting, Audio, Video, Stage Management, Light Board, Finance & Grants, and more
- Entry to professional demos and tools
- 40 hours of hands-on training and mentorship backstage at live events
- Paid internship eligibility for those who complete training
- Career development support and job placement resources
