About the Technical Fellowship Program:
Miami Light Project’s Technical Fellowship Program offers early-career technicians free training and paid opportunities in technical theater. Fellows receive:
- Workshops in Lighting, Audio, Video, Stage Management, Finance & Grants, and more
- Free access to demos and professional development sessions
- 40 hours of on-the-job training and mentorship during live events
- Paid internship opportunities for those who complete the program
- Support with career development and employment pathways in the arts
