Start your weekend high above the city on the ART Midtown Rooftop with a 60-minute small group yoga and meditation experience for all the feel good vibes to kick off your Saturday!

• ​Guided Sound Meditation: Find calm and presence.
• ​Grounding Breathing Exercises: Feel centered and ready for the day.
