Calling all skaters, yogis, and community members of lower Manhattan, NYC! Join us for a unique fusion of movement, mindfulness, and community as we gather beneath the iconic Brooklyn Bridge at Gotham Park for an invigorating hour of free yoga.

Whether you're a seasoned skater looking to enhance your flexibility and balance, a yoga enthusiast seeking a new perspective, or simply a member of the community interested in wellness and connection, this event welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities.

Led by experienced yoga instructor and sick skater, Steph Reid, this session will blend elements of mindfulness techniques to create a dynamic and accessible practice suitable for everyone. Discover how yoga can complement your skating skills, improve your posture, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence both on and off the board.
