About this Event

Welcome to Strong Moms!

Come join us for a fun and empowering workout surrounded by community. We will build strength, sweat, and stretch together along with the music. All ages, abilities, and genders welcome. No equipment required, mat reccommended. First time is free! After that class is $15 while the weather is warm enough to move outdoors. Class takes place in the CAFE LAWN. Please see photo below.
