Come join us for an amazing dance class every other Sunday filled with the healing power of hip hop and community! Get ready to groove, vibe, and let loose at the Greenhouse Arts Center on Adam Clayton Powell Junior Boulevard in New York, NY, USA. Heal to Hip Hop has variety of classes including mindfulness yoga, self-defense and horegrapghed dance classes open to ALL to promote healing through movement. Helping to relieve stress and anxiety. Through music we dance, bond, get in tune with our bodies while creating community in a safe space.
