WHAT HAPPENS DURING SESSION:

As you settle upon your yoga mat, enveloped in the harmonious melodies that fill the air, I shall embark on a journey of deep connection with each soul present. Focusing intently, I will channel and infuse Universal Kundalini energy into your auric field. Gently touching the vital chakra and meridian points on your vessel, I invite you to surrender to the flow of sensations and emotions that emerge. This sacred process is beautifully unique to each individual, varying from one session to the next. You may continue to feel the resonance of this energy within you for the days that follow.

• Withdraw from substances (alcohol, plant medicine) for a few days prior
• Do not eat for 2-3 hours prior the class
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement
• Have a yoga mat, water.
